💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval status
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
🔄 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible
🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
- Customers must provide correct payment details to receive the refund
📦 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos as proof
- We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used baby care products cannot be returned
🚫 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
