💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified about the approval status
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

🔄 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
• Customers must provide correct payment details to receive the refund

📦 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos as proof
• We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used baby care products cannot be returned
